Case results reflect cases that Truck Wreck Justice tried, settled, or in which they acted as a consultant. Case results are dependent upon the particular circumstances of each case and are not intended as a guarantee of success. No attorney can guarantee a positive result in a particular case.

We do not publish client names unless there was a public verdict. Names of companies are not used where the identity of the parties is confidential as a result of the settlement.
