Tour Bus Crash in California Kills 13, Injures 31

Early this morning, a tour bus operated by USA Holiday collided with a tractor-trailer in California, leaving 13 dead and 31 injured. The tour bus, which was returning from a casino, slammed into the back of a tractor-trailer near Palm Springs. The California Highway Patrol and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the collision, but authorities say they don’t yet know whether drugs, alcohol, or fatigue played a role in the crash.
